
Adeniyi Temowo has more than 10 years experience in Immigration and Refugee Law.
His Immigration practice is now concentrated in the field of Canadian Immigration
Law. He is a licenced and Insured Immigration Counsel. A member in good standing
of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) with membership number
MO41378. He is a registered Member, Canadian Association of Professional Immigration
Consultants (CAPIC) . Also, he is an Associate Member, Canadian Council for Refugees.
He is therefore authorized to act as Counsel for clients in Immigration
Matters.
Adeniyi Temowo is a Canadian Citizen. He earned undergraduate and graduate
degrees in Nigeria. He also earned post graduate certificate in Internationnal
Project/Refugee Management in Canada. He had worked with African Refugee Foundation,
Lagos, Nigeria. He participated in establishing Lagos State University/African Refugees
Foundation Centre for Refugee Studies in Lagos, Nigeria. He lectured briefly at the
centre before moving to Canada. He attended a specialized course on refugee management
at Lester B. Pearson Canadian International Peacekeeping Training Centre in Nova
Scotia, Canada. Mr.Temowo attended various learning sessions at Immigration and
Refugee Board, Toronto, Canada. He had also attended various seminars on refugee law conducted by
United Nations High Commisioner for Refugees(UNHCR)in Lagos, Nigeria. Adeniyi had also volunteered
his time for Children's Aid Society of Toronto and Salvation Army Immigrants and Refugee Services
Centre, Toronto, Canada.
In 2002, Adeniyi co-founded All Nations Immigration And Refugee Aid Organization
(ANIRA) and serves as chief executive officer till April 2004 when he made a career
change and decided to become an immigration consultant to better utilize his experience,
knowledge and expertise. In 2004, Mr. Temowo attended preparatory class at Seneca College,
Toronto and successfully completed the mandatory threshold examinations, ethics and knowledge
test of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). He studied:

- Selected Immigrants (Skilled Worker & Business Immigrants)
- Family Class: Appeal to Immigration Appeal Division, Humanitarian & Compassionate
Grounds (H & C)
- Convention Refugee, Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA)
- Temporary Status:Student Visa, Live-In-Caregiver, HRSDC Confirmation, NAFTA, CCFTA, GATS work
permits
- Immigration Enforcement and Practice Management. Permanent Resident Card,
Loss of permanent resident status, Admissibility Hearing Enforcement, Detention
Reviews,Removal and Ethical Conduct/Standard for Immigration Practitioner.
Mr.Temowo has successfully represented many clients at the Immigration and Refugee
Board, Immigration and Appeal Division, Canadian Boarder Control Sevices, Canadian
Embassies and Consulates around the globe.
Our Nigerian Representative:

Laide Temowo is a graduate of the prestigious University of Ibadan,
Ibadan, Nigeria from where he got both his B.Sc (Hons) & M.Sc degrees. He has
a vast business experience spanning close to two decades majoring in the IT industry
with special focus on sales and marketing. Apart from having an MBA in marketing,
he has also attended various management courses both locally and internationally.
He is also a part-time pastor with The Redeemed Christian Church of God in Lagos.
